I had recently written up a blog post about free responsive and seo friendly blogger templates and how I had found the one template for my blog. But I couldn't stop myself from exploring more templates, and as a result, I found several new ones worth mentioning.
This time however, my main focus will be on mobile friendliness of your site. This is no hidden fact that the number of mobile users is steadily increasing and may amount to a significant proportion of your audience. Also, your site's mobile-friendliness now helps improve your site's search engine rankings to some extent.
To check the mobile friendliness of your site, google provides a simple Mobile Friendly Test tool. Type in the url of any site and hit enter, it will display how your website looks on a mobile along with remarks or points about which parameters of mobile friendliness your site did not pass. I used this tool extensively to select templates for my blog.
